    I had an issue with GTranslate that prevented the translated pages on my website from working properly. Suzan stayed with the issue from start to finish, following up consistently and patiently over more than a week until we finally identified and resolved the problem.

    What impressed me most was her persistence. Even when I was slow to respond at times, she kept checking in and remained committed to finding a solution rather than giving up. Her communication was always friendly, professional, and reassuring throughout the process.

    The issue is now fully resolved, and the translated pages are working perfectly. I’m very grateful for the excellent support Suzan provided and would highly recommend both her and the GTranslate support team.
