Outside email subscribers

    Hello.

    I’ve recently returned to my old blog which I started in 2011. Last logged in around 2019/2020.

    I had roughly 2,000 internal wordpress subscribers, and 2,000 external email subscribers. I used a widget for people to subscribe for both.

    But since reengaging with my blog, I’ve discovered that my outside email subscribers no longer receive email updates for new posts. And I now have to have Jetpack installed for this to work? I apparently have a free account with Jetpack because I can see it in the menu, but I can’t for the life of me figure out how to reactivate those email subscriptions. I have tried talking to the AI bot thing, but to no avail. It all seems a bit complicated.

    Can anyone suggest / help / advice? I would be very grateful for help.

    Hey @vossk – we would need your site address to check the issue and help you with this.
