Hi, I am sending emails from my wordpress website via your nice plugin.
My problem is my outlook account is web@bornedecharge.ca but I am sending emails AS ventes@bornedecharge.ca which is a shared mailbox that web@bornedecharge.ca has access…

I unchecked the settings to force sender email and sender name… but even I specify in ALL my forms the sender to be ventes@bornedecharge.ca, all the emails are sent to and from web@bornedecharge.ca…
Could you tell me if I can resolve my issue using your free plugin? paid version? or another plugin? or it is simply impossible via Microsoft Offce 365 smtp?

Hi @solumedia,

Office 365 is one of the SMTP providers that don’t allow custom sender’s email and sender’s name. This information will be fetched from your Office 365 account. Unfortunately, our Pro version also does not have this ability. I apologize for any inconvenience caused by this.
