Outdated content in the admin page

Hi Team,

I need your urgent assistance here.

We are seeing outdated content in the admin page for our website and even the main website sometimes.

Site sometimes lists a few plugins under ‘updates’ section. After updating all the plugins, it may still show the same list after some refreshes. It may go off after refreshing few more times.

Same happens with the ‘posts’ section and other sections. Some posts even after publishing it, may show as ‘draft’ after refreshing it. If we click on edit, it may show a very old draft version for edit.

This is very much annoying and need an assistance here on high priority.
