Outbound Link Menu Item?

    Perhaps this is the utmost basic question, however I just started using WP so excuse the stupidity : )

    I’m looking to include on my Blogs navigation menu an outbound link that sends a user directly to another website. I see the option to create a page, however that doesn’t let me send the user directly to a link… any ideas?
