Out of memory fatal errors

    Hello,
    Since about one week, I’m experiencing a lot of OOM fatal errors with Forminator at a given site and lesser ones at another.

    So I further checked at the site generating lots of OOM errors. When it started I was running already your latest version 1.53.2. I then updated WP to v7 to see if things were getting better but it got worse! Cannot navigate at backend without crashing with OOM errors. Especially when trying to reach the Updates page of the Dahboard.
    I tried rolling back versions up to and including version 1.52.2 but still getting the same results and I have to fully deactivate the plugin in order to stabilze my site.
    This is really annoying as all forms are now disabled.
    Is there something I can check further?

    Hope you are doing well today.

    In general, Forminator shouldn’t use too much memory; the form plugins are not memory-intensive plugins, your issue should be related to another plugin or your theme.

    Have you tried running a conflict test by disabling plugins and switching to a different theme?

    What is the exact error you are seeing in logs, could you please share it here? Even if the error points to Formiantor, we can’t be 100% sure that the issue is caused by this plugin.

    Also, please make sure your PHP memory limit is not too low; by default it should be at least 128mb.

    Thanks for your feedback.
    It seems this is an issue at host level and we are currently further investigating.
    Will get back here when I know more,

    Problem solved. It was an issue at host, not relating to Forminator.
