I have searched and tried many remedies but nothing works. I have even found the database entries and modified them and yet the UI is somehow managed to remember the localhost address.

I can’t even save the settings as I get a page not found error.

Very stange when it works offline but not on hosted space.

@thegh0sts – You may have missed a database entry but that is what our Reset Tool plugin is mostly designed to do, correct these entries when a site has been migrated and the NextGEN Gallery paths will not align correctly.

Just submit a Bug Report (http://www.nextgen-gallery.com/report-bug/ … please reference this topic; and note you are looking for the Reset Tool plugin) and we will help you get this sorted out.

    Thanks!

Got the reset tool after sending in a bug report and it worked a treat.

    Thanks for the help!

    Hi forum

I have been searching high and low for a fix for this but it’s proving inconclusive.

I am not able to save ‘other options’ on my live environment but it works fine withing my local.

    Any — further — thoughts?

    Thanks

Contact Photocrati for their reset plugin….worked for me.

    I have found another:

The workaround I am using is to save ‘Other options’ as need them to be on my local db and export/ import it to the live/dev site.

Not the cleanest solution but it works.
