Other cat's on pages

Hi,

I now have 1 category on every page but i want on 1 other page an other category.

Is that possible trough making an if / else script from:
<?php query_posts(‘cat=1’);?>

Or is there an other solution?

I know have made this script but it isn’t working:

if (is_front_page()) {
 	query_posts('cat=Home');
}
elseif (is_home()) {
   query_posts('cat=Home');
}
elseif (is_page('Home')) {
   query_posts('cat=Home');
}
elseif (is_page('De verhuizing')) {
   query_posts('cat=Verhuizing');
}
elseif (is_page('Ons werk')) {
   query_posts('cat=Ons werk');
}
elseif (is_page('Contact')) {

}

}

Anyone that can help me?
