    Suddenly the order column. stopped working and is delivering Unknown on everything.

    No, nothing, the only difference is the payment gateway so I guess thats that is the problem. i have contacted our current payment provider and asked them if they can have a look.

    That is a wise step. It is possible the issue is related to your payment gateway, their support team stand a better chance at providing a possible solution to this issue.

    Please keep us updated on how this goes.

    It was the payment gateway causing the issue. We have changed provider and their plugin cause no issues.
