Organizer Fied

Hi. I wish to only show the Organizer Name, Organizer Description and Organize Email in the Submit Organizer Form. When I deleted all other default fields from the Filed Editor, the fields I deleted keep coming back and showing up on the organizer form. How can I only show the fields I want?
