Organize UPLOAD documents FOlder by USER Wise

    I have around 50 users for Positng on WordPress. THey use several images, PDF, DOC files etc.. for Posting inside contents. I want to organize the upload folders by User specific permission.
    THis will help me to filter the uploaded files which are usefull only for some time or FOrever.
    Eg;
    for Admin upload only -> Upload Main directory
    for User 1 upload -> Upload / User1 directory
    for User 2 upload -> Upload / User2 directory
    for User 3 upload -> Upload / User3 directory

    How to make these types of upload folder and specific user can upload to their only directory.
