Orders w/ Payment Pending

    I have been using woocommerce payments for awhile now and really like the integration it provides. As of late, I am having certain orders show up as “Pending Payment” but when I log into see transactions there is no record of a transaction. I have been told by support that it is as if the payment was initiated but something disrupts the process. Does anyone have any insight as to how to solve this, it is frustrating to have to contact a customer each week and tell them payment was actually never received. Thanks in advance!

    I understand that the payment process is being interrupted, causing orders to remain in the Pending Payment status without any transaction record. There could be several reasons for this issue, and we will need to investigate further to pinpoint the cause and find a solution.

    • Is this happening to all orders or for specific orders only?
    • Is this affecting all product types or specific products only?
    • Were there any changes or updates made to your site prior to this issue happening? Like, plugin, themes or template updates?
    • Please provide a screenshot of the order details including the order notes for us to check this further

    • System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
    • Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
