I’ve read a bunch of posts related to stuck orders and have tried the remedies but not working.
Using PayPal as gateway. All emails get sent/received. But buyer does not receive an email with link for download. Have set up three templates – default/admin/Paypal – cut and pasted default template shortcodes into PayPal template.
Result is Order page showing ‘Processing…’ under Transaction ID for three test orders that were placed live. Orders were placed on March 24. It can’t take this long to clear them!
