    Hi.

    When we place orders, they’re staying in “Processing” rather than moving to completion.

    If we mark them as complete, the user will get two emails, which isn’t ideal, and the processing email makes it look like the order isn’t complete. Not great UX.

    First, is this the intended functionality? Or is there some problem with our install that’s somehow preventing it from getting to complete? The order is completed in Stripe as this is in the order notes: “Stripe charge complete (Charge ID: ch_1FSXxxxxxxxxxx)”
