    When users create an order and go through the paypal prompts my orders are receiving the order notes with IPN payment completed, but status and inventory is not moving. I had inventory to hold for 60 minutes and these orders were getting cancelled, so I have turned off the timeout for now.

    If you happen to have the same or similar issue you may try switching to PDT method in paypal as this resolved my issue at the moment.
