    I’m having an issue where orders are coming through as timed out and canceled, but then show as completed in PayPal. Any idea why this might be? Woocommerce version, slow site, issue with api? etc?

    Are you able to try disconnecting and connecting again?

    Also, do you remember when exactly it started happening? Was it after adding a specific plugin, theme, or even after specific updates?

    It would as well be useful if you could share your current System Status Report. You can get it by navigating to WP Admin > WooCommerce > Status. Once there, click on the “Get system report” button and then copy it by clicking on the “Copy for support” button.
