You can use the “WP_Query Results” option for this: http://www.wpallimport.com/tour/export-developer-friendly/. Here’s an example query:

'post_type' => 'shop_order',
'post_status' => array( 'wc-completed', 'wc-processing', 'wc-pending' ),
'meta_key' => '_order_total',
'orderby' => 'meta_value_num',
'order' => 'DESC'
