    Hello,

I am using woocommerce/dokan and have a slight issue with sub orders (ie. confused/upset vendors).

When an order is made with more than 1 vendor the following is created:
    1. Parent order (which only admin sees)
    2. Sub order (which the vendor sees)

Therefore, the vendor does not see the parent order #.
ISSUE: When a vendor needs to make a refund via PayPal, the order shows the parent order# BUT like I said above, the vendor does not know the parent order# (they only know the sub order#). Therefore the vendor gets confused on which order to refund since they only see an order# they don’t recognize.

Therefore, we want to display the sub order# & the parent order# of a customer order in their order confirmation.

    How can this be done?

    Best,
    Chris

  • Hi @pleazo – thanks for reaching out!
Since most of the issues and confusion you’ve outlined seem to surround the functionality added by Dokan, I’d suggest reaching out to their support team instead: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/dokan-lite/ (if you’ve purchased their premium version, you should reach out on their website)

Sorry we are unable to help, but hopefully they get you going in the right direction! 😁
