    Hello,

on our e-commerce site we have a problem with an order. A customer is complaining about receiving a lot of emails. If we look closely, we can see that the status of the order is changed by mollie every day. This sends an email to the customer.

The command cannot be stopped because it is already completed in Mollie.

How can we stop Mollie from trying to change the status ?

    Thanks

    Hi @justicepoush,

To assist you further, could you please provide us with a screenshot of the order notes of the affected order? This may help us to understand better what is causing the issue.

Also, if you could share with us a copy of your WooCommerce system report and the latest Mollie log files, that would be very helpful. You can find the system report by going to WooCommerce > Status and the Mollie logs from the Logs tab and selecting mollie-payments-for-woocommerce-[*date*] from the dropdown.

You can share these here in the forums, or privately with us from here: https://mollie.inpsyde.com/docs/request-support/
Please include a link to this thread when sending a private message.

    Thanks!

    Kind regards,
    Niklas
