• Hi,
    I noticed a few other user opened topics 4-5 months ago with the same problem, but I didn’t find any solutions in their topics so I will open a new one.

    When I receive a payment via your plugin, on PayPal I see “completed”, but on my site is still pending payment. Even if the money is already received. I tried to deactivate all the plugins that I used. Installed your plugin PayPal IPN – it didn’t help.

    Can you please help me with that?

    Can you confirm which version of our plugin you are using right now? Per our record, this issue was resolved in PayPal for WOO 1.4.6.3 and the current release is 1.4.6.5. And we don’t have anyone else reporting on this issue so need to make it sure that you are using the latest one with latest WC as well.
    Can you confirm me these?

    @aster777, installing our IPN plugin alone won’t update the WC order. You would need to add hooks / functions to get that done.

    Take a look at this guide we put together for updating the WooCommerce order status with our IPN plugin.
