Order status changed from Cancelled to Processing

Hi, I’m concerned about an error that occurred last month with Woocommerce.
The order went through the following steps on auto-pilot :
- 11:42 am Unpaid order canceled – time limit reached. Order status changed from Awaiting Payment to Cancelled.
- 3:21 pm Order status changed from Cancelled to Processing
I use Stripe as a processor and there is no payment either failed, or approved. So why did the order become “processing” automatically ?
I would like to avoid this type of error in the future. Thank for your help!
