order status automatically changes from processing to completed.

When customers places an order (Variable product) the status changes from pending payment to processing. After that when payment is done the status changes from processing to completed. I want to disable this. (this was the default settings I got without adding any plug-in)

I want to add shipping details and after that I want that the status changes to completed.
