Hello!
Currently, when a customer places an order by bank transfer, the order is automatically completed, and in this case, it is impossible for woocommerce to confirm whether the order has actually been paid… basically as soon as the customer places the order, the next minute it automatically becomes completed.

No worries, we’ll help you figure it out. First, Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Also, have you by any chance added the following snippet to your site or a use plugin with the same effect?

Thank you for the brief reply,
As far as I remember I have had the same plugins for a long time… I am in the process of troubleshooting the website and have not added anything but fixing bugs…

Hi @maisfinancaspt

Can you please try to switch to the default Storefront theme and only WooCommerce plugin is enabled and see if this works?

Please try to create a test order using the BACS payment gateway and see if you are still experiencing the issue of Completed status instead of On Hold?

If so, then this kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin present on your site. Please try to perform a full conflict test to see and rule out which causes the conflict here.
