    Hi,

When i look to analytics report for products vs old report the numbers dont fit.

The analytics show about 100+ orders then the old report.

WE have a case with a product where analytics show 800 orders and old report 350

CAn you help me figure out wich is right?

    Thank you

  • Hi @cristianciuberea, it’s a bit weird you are seeing so different results.

First of all, could you make sure to have the last version of WooCommerce Admin (it should be 0.21.0)? Then, in Analytics > Settings > Import Historical Data uncheck Skip previously imported customers and orders and Start the import again. It might take a while, but this way all data will be calculated from scratch.

After that, if you go to WooCommerce > Orders, can you check that the total number of orders (excluding Failed orders) matches the number in Analytics > Orders?

These steps will help us diagnose what’s going on there. Thank you in advance!

    Hi @cristianciuberea

Just checking-in on this for you. Were you able to take a look at the steps that we had suggested.

Essentially, can you go to Analytics > Settings > Import Historical Data and uncheck Skip previously imported customers and orders and Start the import again. It might take a while, but this way all data will be calculated from scratch.

After that, if you go to WooCommerce > Orders, can you check that the total number of orders (excluding Failed orders) matches the number in Analytics > Orders?

Since we haven’t heard from you in a while, I’m marking this as Resolved, but feel free to hit us up here if you keep running into troubles. We’re happy to help!
