Hope you have checked this issue by deactivating our checkout plugin. Also, test this for other plugins and theme compatibility.
In the plugin, This Order Notes section should be there before checkout or after checkout?
Our plugin doesn’t change the position of the order notes section. Have you checked this for theme or other plugin compatibility.
