• Hi, we’re using your plugn which works great for creating custom order numbers. However we are facing issues where once an order has automatically synced to our Royal Mail click and drop dashboard, it’s not always pulling through the custom order number. sometimes it has the post ID as the order number. It appears it’s a race for it to apply the number quickly enough. Is there anything we can do about this? Hope you can help

    Hello @macpheeweb,

Thank you for reaching out and for explaining the issue.

To help us identify where the unexpected order number is being picked up, could you please confirm how Royal Mail Click & Drop is connected to WooCommerce? Are you using Royal Mail’s native WooCommerce integration, or another plugin or service?

For one affected order, please also share:

    • The WooCommerce order ID/post ID.
    • The sequential order number currently shown for the order, and whether it is displaying correctly in WooCommerce now.
    • A screenshot of the affected order details, with any customer or sensitive information hidden.

We would also like to review your WooCommerce System Status Report, which you can download from WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Download for support.

Please also let us know if any caching or object caching is enabled on the site.

Since some of these details are site-specific, please share them privately through this link.

Once we have these details, we will investigate the issue further.
