    Hi,

    I use the AST plugin and it has been fine. On my latest order, when i went to mark it as shipped there was no option to add tracking, and when I pressed the button to mark as shipped it errored and now the order has disappeared from woocommerce orders. How can I get it back? I was using the previous update and have now updated to latest version (I was only one behind). I have tried changing the status from shipped back to completed for all orders but still can’t aee it! Please help 🙂

    Extra info: I have tried to view the order via this link (replacing words as necessary!) https://yoursite.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=ORDER_NUMBER&action=edit and I can’t even view it that way either:

    Customer paid by PayPal and I have the order confirmation emails, the order only disappeared after I tried to mark it as ‘shipped.

    Hi @kinecky,

    We checked this and we can’t replicate this issue. Maybe you have a conflict with another plugin. Try to deactivate all other plugin and just activate AST and WooCommerce and check.
