    Hi,

I have encountered a very strange issue. An online customer added an order into our webshop (6 items) and somehow the system replicated the order lines many times (more than 100 times) and added a meta value of “Sold By Shop Agent” to those lines.

As there are so many extra order lines on this order I would like to bulk delete them, but my only options are to delete them one-by-one on the order set to “On hold”. This is too much work, that will take me a whole day to do. Is there any way I can select all the order lines (I see no checkbox/select box in front of the order lines).

A mysql query would work too, but somehow in the tables, I cannot find the “Sold By Shop Agent” string to mark the right records. I’ve also searched for a plugin that would enable me to remove order lines, but it seems to be quite complex to do this.

    Any suggestions, help?

    Hey there!

Since this is a few weeks old, and about customization, I am going to mark as resolved. A lot of people have found help in the Advanced WooCommerce group with things like this, so I would recommend checking there, or we highly recommend contacting one of the services on our Customizations page (https://woocommerce.com/customizations/)
