Order issues (woo)

Hi there, we have been recently receiving orders where the customer has not intended to purchase and didn’t pay for but they show up in the order form. Have you guys ever came a cross issues like this.

e.g. Customer orders 3 items but only 1 is paid for and checkout is complete but the order form shows 3 items to send.
