    Hello woo team,

    My client has an issue in his e-shop. He received in email one old order ( we understand it by old #id ), this order was paid with card, but it is never displayed in order woo dashboard.

    How Does this maybe happend?

    Please help me

    Did you receive the actual funds into your payment processor account? – e.g. PayPal, Strip etc?

    He received in email one old order ( we understand it by old #id )

    Can you add /wp-admin/post.php?post=000&action=edit (replace the 000 with your order number) at the end of your store URL to see if you can view the order?

    Just to trace back on the origins of the order, you’d earlier mentioned that:

    He received in email one old order ( we understand it by old #id ), this order was paid with card,

    In the above reply, you’ve also mentioned:

    My client haven’t received any email with order.

    To try and piece this together, did the client receive any notification, say from the payment processor from where some order details like Order # could be obtained?
