Order Form Submissions

I have a client who sells valves. Through their website they want to have a solution for people asking for refunds/returns. I built a form with form builder which was great (referenced the page with the form), however they want each submission to have it’s own “ticket number” generated with the submission and carried with the form. They also want want the user to have the form emailed back to the email address they list so they can print out the ticket and put it with the valve they are returning. Anyone aware of the best plug in to accomplish the wish list items above? Thanks in advance!
