I feel I’m missing something really obvious.
It appears that the “order now” button at the bottom of the order page is missing. I’ve tried deactivating all other plugins, and changing themes incase something was interfering with it. So far nothing has worked.

then you have simply disabled all payment methods wppizza->payment gateways
i would also suggest the following link
