Order emails going to spam

    Hi there

    All my emails for order notifications and other alerts are going to spam. Not the customers emails, but the ones that are sent to me to alert me of a sale.

    Any advice on stopping this?

    Hi @shereewalker,

    On a staging site, kindly check whether this plugin could help with stopping the emails from going to Spam: https://wordpress.org/plugins/stop-wp-emails-going-to-spam/

    If the plugin does not work for you, you will want to:

    • Check the FROM address at WooCommerce > Settings >Emails to ensure that you’re preferably using your site’s domain email address instead of a gmail, yahoo, etc email address
    • Use an SMTP plugin to handle email delivery for you as explained in this section of our Email FAQs documentation.
