    Hi @wesleysoccer!

I can understand your concern. Receiving order emails for orders that were placed months or even years ago would certainly be unexpected.

To help narrow down what might be triggering these emails, could you please provide the following information:

    • Which specific email(s) were resent (e.g., New Order, Processing Order, Completed Order, Invoice, etc.)?
    • Are all affected customers receiving the same type of email?
    • Did any changes occur recently, such as plugin updates, theme updates, server changes, migrations, or the installation of new plugins?
    • Are you using any email-related plugins, CRM integrations, marketing tools, or automation services that interact with WooCommerce orders?
    • Have the affected orders had their statuses changed recently?
    • Did you also receive any email notifications related to these orders, or were the emails only sent to customers?

Additionally, could you share a screenshot of the email that the customer received, along with a screenshot of the order notes from one of the affected orders? This may help us identify whether there are any clues in the order details or order history that could explain why the email was sent.

Additionally, please share a copy of your System Status Report so we can review your WooCommerce setup:
WooCommerce → Status → Get system report → Copy for support

Please use https://pastebin.com/ or https://gist.github.com/ and paste the system status report in there. You can then share the link from pastebin with us.Once we have more information, we’ll be able to assist you further.
