    Hi, I have an order in my online store and when I want to change the status from “processing” to “completed”, it doesn’t. It always stays processing, what can it be? I have the latest version of woocommerce.

    Hello @dnboria,

    Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.  Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    It’s also worth checking if there are any fatal error logs from WooCommerce > Status > Logs and choosing from the drop-down menu the fatal-errors.log option.

    Hey @dnboria,

    The system status report doesn’t contain sensitive information other than the site URL which you can remove.

    You can copy&paste it to something like https://gist.github.com/ and delete it once the problem is solved.

    Also, I forgot to mention this in my previous reply, please attach a screenshot of the order notes as well. You can use Shipboard to upload it.
