Order details is not listing Items ordered

Order details is not listing Items ordered in emails sent to customer, merchant or in the Edit order items table. I have tried disabling all plugins except WooCommerce required plugins. checked all settings, cleared all caches, and switching theme to WP 2025. I also, tried rebuilding tables in Tools.

Another problem:

I can not create shipping “Classes”

When I fill out the form to create shipping “Classes”, Notice: “No shipping classes have been created”.
