    Hello,

    When I go to the checkout and then the payment, and I shut down the windows without paying, it creates an order. Although it is not paid and then completed.

    Does anyone know how to solve this?

    Just to clarify, does your store create an order when you add products to cart, go to checkout and leave (without hitting Place Order button)?

    When you look at the order from the back-end, what order status does it show?

    Hello,

    Thanks for replying.

    It creates an order, when I click at the button place the order and go to payment. So it creates an order, before I enter the payment details and complete the payment.

    Could you please share your current System Status Report?

    You can get it by navigating to the WooCommerce / Status section of your site. Once there, click on the Get system report button and then copy it by clicking on the Copy for support button. Then paste it here in a comment.

    Please also share a full page screenshot of one of the example orders created this way, removing any personal information on the screenshot before sharing.
