On order confirmations our prices are showing as £0.00 (crossed out) then the correct price alongside: £32.50
    Why would this be?!

    Hi @katie444,

You would want to trace back the tool that’s adding that part since that’s not how WooCommerce displays prices on checkout pages.

To do this, you will want to follow the same steps of a conflict test. However, in your case, you’re not looking for a conflict but rather trying to find out which tool, when enabled, caused that struck out 0.00 on the checkout page.
Here are the steps to follow: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

Let us know how it goes.
    Thanks.

Thank you Abwaita. After a lot of fiddling about we found a WooCommerce plugin that was affecting it, which we have now switched off.
