Hi @ahmirof,
Thank you for sharing the system report and details about the issue with the order confirmation page redirecting to a 404 error because of the missing “checkout” segment in the URL.
Since you’ve confirmed that endpoints and page settings are correctly configured, and you have already flushed permalinks and cache, this behavior often points to a rewrite rule or permalink configuration issue.
Here are some targeted suggestions to resolve this:
- Go to WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced. Verify the “Order received” endpoint is set correctly as
order-received. Once done, save changes to force WooCommerce to regenerate rewrite rules.
- Review your server or security plugins for any custom redirects or rules that may be stripping “checkout” from the URL. Since you are using LiteSpeed Cache and LiteSpeed server, review LiteSpeed settings and any custom redirects in
.htaccess or server config.
- Temporarily switch to a default theme like Storefront to rule out any conflicts with the Astra theme. Check if the thank you page works correctly with the full URL including
/checkout/order-received/...
- Disable all other plugins including extras like TeraWallet, Extra Product Options, and Filter Everything PRO to see if any may alter checkout URLs. Then test again.
- Consider updating WooCommerce to the latest stable version (10.3.4) as sometimes such issues are resolved in minor updates.
- Taking these actions will likely fix the URL structure and display the intended order confirmation page without a 404 error.
I hope that helps. Let us know if you need anything else.
