order Can’t fill in data automatically

    Hey, I need help…

    When I click “TO Order”, it can success automatically to aliexpress Shopping Cart.

    But it Can’t fill the customer information such as Contact, Address, etc.

    Should I need to enter it manually? How to fix this problem..

    Hi,
    The function is working properly with me. Maybe your error happens with phone number or shipping country/city.
    What is the shipping country and city of that order? And what is the phone number format?

    The problem is still here. Is that support HongKong’s location?

    The number format is +852 xxxxxxxx

    If shipping can not be fulfilled, there should be warning error like this https://prnt.sc/td99k3
    Do you see that?
