Hi @lujagi,
Fluid Checkout is not yet compatible with the Order Attribution feature from WooCommerce.
It is unlikely that this would be a result of the latest update, as we have not yet added compatibility with that feature in any version.
1. What version of Fluid Checkout were you using previously which was working for the Order Attribution feature?
We have a task on our backlog to add compatibility with this feature, and I’m adding a new “up vote” for you on it. We will let you know once an update is available with this compatibility added.
Best,
Diego.

Hi @diegoversiani,
that’s very intresting as it was working fine for more than two months until update came.
I was using version 3.1.8 and 3.1.9.
As you can see it was working fine till 17th of June – https://ibb.co/Mp40mFh
Hi @lujagi,
That is interesting…
The latest versions of Fluid Checkout was released on June 20th, so it would not have affected the orders from 19th.
= 3.1.10 – 2024-06-20 =
= 3.1.9 – 2024-06-11 =
= 3.1.8 – 2024-04-25 =
1. In any case, you may try changing the plugin version on your website and see if the problem is resolved, this way we will know if this change is related to our plugin or something else.
A) You could update the plugin to the next version which will be released later today using the beta version below:
B) Or downgrade the plugin to a previous version from the links below:
I hope that helps already. Let me know if any of these versions work for you.
Best,
Diego.

Hi @diegoversiani,
I have did some more tasting and downgrade to previus versions of your plugin but it didn’t help.
I found out that when I have downgrade WooCommerce to version 8.9.3 order atribution future works fine with your plugin on so it seems issue is related to so changes in WooCommerce plugin after upgrade.
Hi @lujagi,
Thanks for the extra information.
I’ll try to move this task up in the priority list since many people already reported issues with this.
I let you know once an update is available with this compatibility added.
Best,
Diego.
Hey, we use your plugin on some websites and now we didn´t see any ord. attribution, its really serious problem, when you fix it? Thank you
Hi @vanektomas,
Thanks for reporting it as well. I have now upvoted this task one more time and will be working on it soon.
1. Could you expand on why the lack of this feature is such as serious problem for your workflow?
Best,
Diego.
I have the same problem after the latest plugin update. By deactivating Fluid Checkout, the sources are correctly recorded.
Hi @lujagi, @rederijker and @vanektomas,
The problem has been fixed and the changes will be available with the next update of the plugins, which are set to be released in about one week.
You can also use the beta versions from the links below:
