options-permalink.php redirects to home

    Hello, just did a fresh install and when i click on Perma Links options on admin panel i get redirected to the blog home page and the URL changes

    from my-domain/wp-admin/options-permalink.php to my-domain/wp-admin/options-permalink.php/

    same happens with network.php

    this is with or without htacess, any clues?
