Options aren’t displayed

Hey,

i got a problem. we cant get into the options of our wordpress-installation, because it doesn’t show the html-document but gives me the file general-options.php for download. But the downloaded File has a size 0 Bytes… I don’t know what goes wrong here. Any ideas?
