optional stock holding

Hello, plugin works great and I am thinking of buying a license for my store, but there is a little hiccup: While someone is doing a payment with cryptocurrency, it might “hold” the inventory of a product even if someone does not transfer the funds in the timewindow, not allowing others to purchase.
it would be great if holding the stock was optional
