Option to export form fields

    Hi, we are running Events Manager 5.9.8.1 and Events Manager Pro 2.6.4.2. We use several forms in the Events Manager > Forms Editor for bookings.

    Is there any way the fields from the forms (specifically Attendee forms) could be used as columns in the booking CSV Export? Currently the export only allows for the basic information, no custom fields/form fields to be selected.

    If the basic EM [Pro] does not allow this, would purchasing Events Manager I/O help with this?

    Hello,

    You mentioned that you’re using EM Pro. For further clarification, I would suggest asking them on our pro support forum as any info regarding EM Pro is not possible on WP Free forum as they don’t allow it.

    Attendee Forms and EM I/O is a Pro Feature thus you would need Pro to export those fields. You could export those by following the instructions below.

    1. Events > Bookings > Events With Bookings Enabled > Select the Event you want to see
    2. You would then see a table with all the bookings
    3. Click on the Gear icon that shows on the top-left of the table
    4. Drag the fields you want to see and to be exported
    5. Check the 2 checkboxes that you see
    5. Click Save
    6. Click on the CSV icon on top-left to export.
