Option Panel doesn't work

The Option panel to configure theme settings does not respond, and as such I am unable to customise the theme. I do get to the Options panel but none of the links responds when I need to set the settings

Are you able to get the settings . Or the option settings are not showing.

Also check after disabling all the plugins.

Hi, I do get to the settings but when I click them, I don’t get any options. Which plugins must I disable?

HI I got the issue fixed

Kindly edit the file appointment >> functions >> theme_options >> appointment_option_pannel.php and replace all the code with the code mentioned in the link http://pastebin.com/KrjETfjC

Will Fix this bug in the next update.

I’m having the same problems with the Appointment theme and WP 4.1.1 as described here: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/cannot-modify-header-information-headers-already-sent-4. When I try to update a page I get:

This is a clean install of WP and the theme, and I already tried deactivating all my plugins and checking for spaces in the code, etc.
