• Hi,

    When trying to modify the form template I am using, an “option labels are required” message appears. What does this mean and how can I add these option labels?

    Option Labels error refers to the fields such as “select”, “radio” and “checkbox” fields. If you have such fields on your form, they can have multiple options added for user to select. Each option consist of option label and option value and the error means that some of those options do not have their labels set.

    For example, on this screenshot you can see two options (for “radio” field in this case) set with option labels (“option 1”, “option 2”) and option values (“one”, “two”). If I’d remove “option 1” or “option 2” label I’d get the same error as you are getting:
