Optimize style and script

Hi Kamal Khan, thank’s for this plugin.
I’m optimizing style and script inclusion. For script, I edited the index.php file to include the js.js in the footer. But there is an in page script that is printed in the head. Look here:

How can I make this script print in the footer?
