Optimization stop working

    When I activated Imagify’s ‘Remove Thumbnail Sizes’ plugin to remove WordPress’ default thumbnail sizes, the optimization process stopped and got stuck on ‘Bulk Optimization.’ Although I have since disabled this helpper plugin, the optimization process is still not functioning at all. I attempted to resolve the issue by following the standard steps outlined here (https://imagify.io/documentation/optimization-is-stuck/), but unfortunately, none of these solutions have proven effective.

    I need some help here to fix this issue

    Hi @hassadr,

    I am sorry to hear about the issue!

    According to the steps you followed from our documentation can you please share a screenshot of the Imagify Tools > Info page?

    Also, you can try to install our Bulk Optimization Buffer helper plugin to reduce the number of images optimized at once from 4 down to just 1, which eases server load during optimization (works simply by activating – refresh Bulk page after) and check the Bulk optimization again.
