    I am configuring Wordfence, it comes up with this – To make your site as secure as possible, the Wordfence Web Application Firewall is designed to run via a PHP setting called auto_prepend_file, which ensures it runs before any potentially vulnerable code runs. This PHP setting is currently in use, and is including this file: /opt/php83/etc/global.php

    I dont recognise this file, is it something I ahould worry about

    Hi @paulmac57, thank-you for reaching out.

    As you’re seeing this during the firewall optimization process, previous cases seem to suggest that this has been placed in auto_prepend_file by your host. You can contact them to confirm if you’re concerned.

    Choosing the INCLUDE option in our optimization wizard will package the call for global.php  inside wordfence-waf.php, ensuring they both load and not break any previous configuration.
